I have a Huawei WIFI mini 2 (which is different than yours) and I contacted their customer services, they responded very quickly and sent me a new driver by email within 1 day. Now my problem is solved and they told me that they will release new drivers very soon.

Install the modem driver, then connect to the internet from your Mac Network Preferences . Please make sure to select the interface (+ sign below left of the list) and select Huawei mobile as the interface. But the modem cant register to the LTE band, but so far the DC-HSPA+ works great.

I have Huawei E173 dongle and it worked fine in lion 10.7.5 but not in High sierra. I even installed developer tools that it asked thinking it will detect the dongle but never worked. But installing your driver made it work. Thanks for sharing this was really helpful!

Rebooted to normal mode and installed this driver. Now it did show a dialog window about blocked extension, and there was a whole bunch of them in Security & Privacy (most likely just some other stuff I had installed in past), for some reason already pre-selected and grayed out:

I have Mac OS Catalina 10.15.1 . I am trying to install driver to E3372h-607 using the HiLink driver from Hilink products tool, support MAC 10.15. But I get the following error while launching the application.
