Kabuto's Hyper Speed command performs like a hybrid of the Super Speed command and the Hyper Clock Up command, as he is able to travel at a speed near that of the Worms, making it far quicker than any of the other Zecters. The upside of this is that it's nearly impossible to aim for, which is primarily responsible for him being defeated by Ryuga, Ryuga's ultimate form, who is able to destroy Kabuto's Armor effortlessly. A difference in techniques used is that the Rider Kick, as with all the Zecters, is performed from just above the opponent's head, whereas Kamen Rider Diend's stretched suit allows him to perform their Rider Kick while being able to reach down to the ground.
When casting the Clock Up command, Kabuto will move around in an unusual jumping motion, something that is not portrayed in all the other Zecters similarly to his alternate self. To avoid getting pinched by a worm, he will hold his hands over his head and pause for a few seconds before whirling around. Once he turns, he will perform a lightning fast roundhouse kick that sends his opponent flying back. This can be disoriented by him copying the double-bladed melee weapon that was used against him by Kamen Rider Black. After that, he will quickly perform a 180 degree punch that takes the opponent out of combat temporarily. 7211a4ac4a
