The addiction epidemic has been deemed not only a serious public health issue, but a serious workforce issue -- one that employers and employees must address to recover their communities and economies.
You can become an active part of the solution in your area by taking the RBA pledge. By doing so, you are pledging your support for recovery responsive workplace programming, which is designed to create a safe, healthy and supportive workplace environment for employees struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
To show your support, you can also join RBA's (Recovery Business Association) Membership Program, which unites and supports small and large business entities, corporations, nonprofit organizations, and business professionals across the nation. By becoming an RBA member, you will have access to ongoing training and technical assistance to help you safeguard and empower your workforce, your recovery community members and your bottom line. You will also have the opportunity to network with other business organizations and their teams members working to develop recovery responsive programming, train their workforce on addiction-related issues, and more.
This membership is free for a limited time only and all business organizations and professionals are welcome to join.
